So I got one full day in at the new MeWe social media platform... and can I just say I know I heard angels singing! I was actually able to have conversations, discussions, and share things with others and not have the bickering and the nasty blow up comments and such. I didn't get lost in the sea of junk. I closed down my FB app on my phone and uninstalled it and now MeWe is installed! Now If I can just get MeWe to put a button so I can share it on here for Be Well Lifestyle LLC that would be awesome! :-) I love how you can make a group and you set the privacy level. At MeWe you are at all the controls of what is shared, what is seen, etc. and I love it!! Way to go MeWe and thanks for the shout out on Twitter yesterday!! I'm super happy with the MeWe platform because I can control many of the things that I can't on FB and besides, FB is getting so overloaded it is no longer personal... I'm about ready to send everyone I have addresses for some snail mail just to take that step back! I do see many positive things with MeWe and from having conversations with others that have made the change, they enjoy it too. It's only a matter of time before I do cut the FB ties and the first step was yesterday by taking it off my phone and you know what.... it was so nice to not see the icon on there and not have to have my phone showing the gobs of nastiness on a post I may have commented on or what have you. For me, it was like a weight was lifted off of my shoulders. Sounds funny right? As I am finishing up one bout of schooling, I know that it is the stress being lifted and tossed out that gives me that feeling of freedom to break away from something, especially if it is negative. I have been through that feeling before so I know for sure, that's exactly what it is - that sigh of relief, the elephant off the chest, etc. I'm sure you know what I mean... and if you don't just join MeWe and only keep FB on your computer and take the FB app off your phone. It's amazing what you will end up seeing and what you have been missing!
Til later! Michele

Just a quick FYI... while I still have my Facebook account that will no longer be a social media platform for Be Well Lifestyle LLC; I am transitioning over to MeWe. Here are the links you can copy and paste to follow me over there (more privacy hence the copy and paste of the link to request to join):
https://mewe.com/join/be_well_lifestyle_llc1" target="_blank">Be Well Lifestyle LLC
https://mewe.com/join/holistic_wellness" target="_blank">Holistic Wellness
and for some fun our https://mewe.com/join/st._pattys_lucky_clover" target="_blank">Schipperke Clover
I will keep feeds up on the main page of Facebook, Twitter, and Pintrest until more start to transition over to MeWe; then I will most likely be taking Facebook off and only using MeWe. Thanks for your understanding and I look forward to seeing you and having you join me over on MeWe!
Til later! Michele

So I started a GoFundMe page to try and help to raise some initial seed money to secure a storefront, inventory, etc to get my business an "official" place to do business and a place for clients to go. I couldn't ask for a better location but finances are the immediate issue. If anyone can please help and donate/share my GoFundMe page I would really appreciate it. If donations are possible, that would be even more fantastic!
This is the storefront I went to see today. thanks in advance for anyone that can help!

So... one of the rare times I actually watch a major news channel and of course most of it is the negative but then a small clip came on about peanut allergies. Of course it caught my attention, not because of having the allergy but what they were reporting on a study that was conducted. Exposing kids (of course not those diagnosed with a true peanut allergy) to peanuts to help to try and combat developing a peanut allergy.... So why would I be excited about this? Because it sounds like something I just studied and took a class on recently regarding Homeopathy (remember I do not give medical advice not claim to be a medical doctor!). One of the things that I learned in the class about this is "like treats like". Gasp!!! What you mean that's an "alternative" practice so to speak? Look it up, better yet, I'll give you a link to read by Dr. Kenneth R. Pelletier (click here) You can type in a search like homeopathy like treats like (that's what I did) and you will find a lot of info available. So here is the link to the news story that caught my attention and really pay attention to what they say... it is quite interesting! MJ

Welcome and Happy New Year 2015! Hard to believe another year has passed us by! At least for me it has probably because I've been busy with school, house chores, business papers/work, etc. etc. I don'tknow about you, but I am looking forward to a new start. Now that my business is finally heading in a forward motion, it feels good instead of the hurry up and wait feeling. It is the first of the month, and yet I found myself not able to take a moment to sit and write what I felt I needed to in order to get 2015 somewhat organized. And when I say organized, it means my way of being organized (hence no one else can figure out where I have things filed except me lol)! Along with my resolutions I need to write (and my book!), I want to try (notice I said TRY lol) to blog about something each day - no matter what it is! So to make this short and get a move on the stuff I didn't get to today, I want to wish you all a Happy New Year!! ~~MJ

So I am currently in my Homeopathy class... and I LOVE it!! It is sooooo cool learning about what natural things can help heal. The word "cure" is used a lot in Homeopathy but I am unwilling at this point to use it because "cure" is such a strong word. BUT I will say I think after I get my Diploma as a Holistic Wellness Practitioner, I am definitely going to be looking into adding Homeopathy to my credentials! Maybe it's me but I think it is such a fascinating realm of going about health & wellness. I actually went and found some of the remedies at the store and got some! My daughter had come down with a cold, sniffling, sneezing, slight cough, sore throat and I got a box of the cold remedy and she only took 2 and was already getting better. I'm trying out some for the Fibro to see how it goes and even the other night I had such bad indigestion, took one of the remedies and within an hour or so I was already feeling better. I want to find more books on Homeopathy because what's great is there's a limited amount of remedies out there but it covers such a vast array of illness/disease. It's pretty cool. I know, it's the "little" things that I get all excited about! Til later!
